About Us:
Infinity Helpers is a women-led Community-Based Organization (CBO) dedicated to improving access to quality healthy lifestyles and safe living environments for the elderly and children in less privileged families, particularly in impoverished areas, while embracing them with hope and love.
It was founded in 2020 by a group of caregivers who had previously volunteered to help orphaned children and the elderly inĀ Homa Bay County.
The orphaned, vulnerable children and the elderly in the Homabay District live under challenging circumstances. Children and the elderly in the Counties’ rural areas frequently take on the role of a breadwinner or sole breadwinner in their families. These are the results of the higher death rates in the district caused by HIV/AIDS among parents, extreme drought and famine, poverty, and teenage pregnancy.
The group provides beneficiaries with an outlet for their enthusiasm for a positive life, material aid, therapeutic activities, access to clean, safe drinking and irrigation water, financial assistance, medical and emotional counseling, and other opportunities despite life’s adversities.
